Privacy Policy
Envil Advisory LLC (“Envil Advisory,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Information we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message. The contact form does not store anything on this website. When you submit it, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@envil.io. We receive the message only if you send it.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic server logs when pages are requested, which typically include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We do not control these logs, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
What we do not collect. This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools, or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party scripts or fonts. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started.
- To evaluate and, where appropriate, provide advisory services.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run this website and our email (for example, web hosting and email providers), who may process information on our behalf.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers or accountants, where needed.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, manage any resulting engagement, and meet legal and business record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider according to its own practices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information) through the contact form or by email until we have agreed on a secure way to exchange it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing hello@envil.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will respond to valid requests as those laws require. You can also stop receiving emails from us at any time by telling us.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
